At Vesper Studio, we want you to love every piece you bring into your home. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Return Eligibility
Returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, items must:
- Be unused, uninstalled, and in their original condition
- Include all original packaging, manuals, and accessories
- Be free from damage caused after delivery
- Include proof of purchase or order confirmation
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- Custom or made-to-order products
- Final sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Products that have been installed, assembled, or modified
- Items returned without original packaging
Supplier-Fulfilled Products
Vesper Studio works with trusted third-party suppliers and fulfillment partners. Certain products may have different return requirements depending on the manufacturer or supplier. Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs or applicable restocking fees.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
