Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times:
- Canada: 7–15 business days
- United States: 7–15 business days
- International Orders: 10–20 business days
These timeframes are estimates and may vary.
Multiple Shipments
Products within the same order may arrive separately and at different times because we work with multiple suppliers.
Order Tracking
Customers will receive tracking information via email when available. Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours after shipment.
Customs and Duties
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by their local authorities.
Delays and Lost Packages
Vesper Studio is not responsible for delays caused by weather, customs, shipping carriers, or other circumstances beyond our control, but we will do our best to assist customers when issues arise.
